I want the government to retrain police officers in how to deal with different types of situations including when dealing with members if the public whether in a civil situation or criminal matter.

I feel its time for a change and some officers, not all, do not show adequate public relation skills or restraint in dealing with certain situations, so I feel they need the appropriate mandatory, regular training should be put in place in order to deal with matters relating to their job in a more suitable manner.
