Make playing football or other games to the annoyance of a resident an offence

It is already an offence under the Highways Act to play football or any other game on a highway to the annoyance of a user of the highway, but another law is needed to protect private residents from annoyance and damage caused by football and other games.

We have had dozens of footballs come into our garden, causing annoyance and damage to our garden, home and cars. The law at present does not protect private residents sufficiently, so the Government should make annoyance caused to residents by football or any other game an offence, so action can be taken by the police.

Let’s protect private residents and their property.
