The government should review laws on public decency, and implement any reforms necessary to prevent women from being prosecuted just for being topless in a public place.

In places where men are allowed to be topless, women should also be allowed topless. Our bodies are not 'distressing'. Women should be able to choose if they want to go topless or not, without the risk of prosecution.
