Hold a referendum on establishing a federal system of devolution and government

The Government should hold a referendum on granting full autonomy for Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and England, with an English Parliament being created. This should help to diffuse tensions in the union.

This way the laws and regulations for each part of the country will be set by their own government. A new UK Government, to make decisions about matters that require a UK approach, should be established with each of the national governments as a member.
