During the coronavirus lockdown millions of people, especially those of us on low incomes, have not been able to communicate or seek support with mental, physical and emotional problems, including getting help with groceries, because of the cost of telecommunications.

During the coronavirus emergency of 2020 we have learned that communication is very important for people’s health and well being.

With the likelihood of another pandemic, and with increased isolation in our modern lives, we should have free at the point-of-use electronic communication for the benefit of all, like our NHS.
