Tackle the rising far right and fascists in the UK by introducing legislation similar to the German Strafgesetzbuch section 86a, making the use of nazi symbolism and nazi salutes illegal and punishable.

Scenes of Nazi salutes under the shadow of war memorials must be tackled. Thus far, it seems the police are left to resort to a public order offence and may not want to apply this post incident (for example, when video evidence is available). A specific offence would make this abhorrent behaviour much easier to prosecute and remove from our streets.
