Poverty is rife among Britain's oldest citizens, including WW2 veterans, and many have to choose between eating or heating their homes due to ever increasing Utility bills, local Council taxes, and a low State pension.

The basic state pension is only around £7,000 a year. We demand this is increased substantially, with a supplement to cover all living costs, such as council tax, rent and utilities.

Without this Generation’s past efforts and sacrifices during WW2, none of us would be here today.
