A Road Traffic Act preventing trucks from using more then the first two lanes on any motorway regardless of number of lanes

Due to a growing number of motorways now having an extra lane, too often truck drivers are pulling out with little warning or regard, and are now driving three abreast taking up 75% of the motorway for several miles, bottlenecking other road users into just a lane.
Not only is this inconvenient and inconsiderate, it is dangerous, causing unnecessary manoeuvres and hazards at high speed. Adding there are less escape opportunities on the motorways with four lanes, the risk to life increases.
