Legalise the use of private e scooters in the UK

Recently the prime minister suggested that the use of e scooters would help the environment and help safe social distance regarding the covid 19 pandemic. So a whole load of people went out to purchase e scooters to support this great nation.

This petition was rejected on 4th Aug 2020 as it duplicates an existing petition

But you can only use a rental scooter provided by the local rental firms
