Attacks to the head, such as stamping, to be classified as attempted murder

Any attack on an individual where the skull is attacked should be classed and judged as attempted murder in punishment and sentencing

Decisions on what constitutes attempted murder is a matter for the police, prosecuting authorities and the courts based on the specifics of the case. Attackers who actively and purposeful stamp on or aim at a person's skull have the most likely outcome of brain or neural damaged. Leading do death, paralysis or brain damage. Any act of violence towards an individual in this manner must be classed as attempted murder
