A full scale public inquiry into mental health provision overall, specific interventions in men aged 30-60, a shift in policy as to how mental health issue are handled by employers, with a specific tier of financial support for those affected by on going mental health problems.

Increase local spends for mental health, both in treatment & awareness. De-stigmatise the notion of having a mental health issue. Place greater resources at the disposal of individuals to seek help, both monetary & support based. Create a network of help points, qualified persons available on a rota in local areas for people to reach out to. An additional benefit to help with costs, payable as a form of in work credit.
