Ban breeding dogs whose snouts are so short they struggle to breathe

I want the government to ban the breeding & sale of dogs who have been bred with such short snouts that they can have serious difficulty in breathing. It is not natural for the dog & is extremely distressing when it is struggling for breath.

These dogs such as Pugs & the British Bulldog have become so deformed over the years for the flat faced look that many are now seriously unfit & struggle to breathe. A dog should have a snout long enough to allow it to breathe comfortably. We say we are animal lovers & yet we do this hideous thing to dogs just because we like the look & we don't take the dog's health into consideration.
