Creating a new Animal Health Service (AHS) for free medical treatment in the UK

Animal Health Service - AHS should be similar to the NHS allowing all animals the chance of life and free treatment when required. Everyone has a responsibility to pay in a small amount to fund this for all animals just like National insurance.

For the welfare of all animals in the UK everyone in this country should pay in a small amount £5 a month to fund free medical treatments through already established vets. This should be automatically deducted out of the wage like national insurance as we all have a responsibility to the welfare of our fellow creatures. It could be called Animal Health Service - AHS allowing all animals the chance of life and free treatment when required for all.
