The Government should take each province and assess its R rate individually. Most of the new cases of Covid-19 are in the north of the country. Therefore, just restrict travel from the provinces that are most affected and allow the rest of the country to have an airbridge.

To consider the impact on those who were due to return to the UK in the days following the sudden imposition of restrictions & quarantine. Many people have been financially impacted and inconvenienced. If each province was assessed and restrictions removed, if appropriate, it would allow people to return and go back to work. Anyone who has travelled to or from a highly infected area should quarantine.
