Extend eligibility for student loan refunds to teachers who qualified from 2007

Currently teachers of shortage subjects can get their student loan payments refunded but only if they qualified from 2014. This is unfair on teachers who qualified before then.

To make it fairer for ALL teachers of shortage subjects and to help us put this extra money towards a mortgage, pension or any other worthwhile investment. There are lots of teachers who teach shortage subjects who qualified from 2007. It’s not fair it’s only recently qualified teachers who can get refunds.
