Most airlines & agents harass customers for air ticket cancellations & refunds. We want the government to make it compulsory for all air tickets to have no questions asked, mandatory cancellation & full refund policy, with maximum 10% deductions if tickets are cancelled at-least 24 hours in advance

People always have bad experiences for air ticket cancellations & refunds, and airlines harass customers for ticket cancellations & refunds. Once people pay the money, they are left at the mercy of the airlines/agent who have no intention to support the customers for any cancellations & refunds and people often have to go thru severe trouble & stress to get their money back. This law is extremely necessary for peace of mind of all travelers & stop harassment of people by the airlines & agents.
