Seek to implement a common COVID-19 travel and testing policy with EU countries

The Government should work with EU nations to implement a common policy which allows normal travel between the UK and EU nations, which incorporates testing for COVID-19 at the border and then 5 days later with results within hours. This should minimise onward transmission and keep our borders open.
