Disband CAFCASS

Disband and dissolve CAFCASS from their duties in the Family Law sector.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action. We're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. We understand you would CAFCASS to be abolished, but we're not sure what you'd like to happen in its place. You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.

The majority of people who are made to become involved with CAFCASS are not satisfied with the input from CAFCASS.

CAFCASS have been described as “unfit for purpose” by members of the public, those involved in family law and indeed politicians.

It is now time to disband them altogether.
