For working parents, very little or no free hours are given for childcare. The cost of childcare is now so expensive, that it equals one average household wage. Families who's parents do not work get a lot of free childcare, which makes no sense as they do not need it like working parents do.

Parents should not have to take pay cuts to go part time to help with childcare costs, working parents need free childcare a lot more than parents who don't work. The system seems backwards, people who can look after their children get free childcare but parents who work and need the childcare, get no help. The government should be supporting working families who contribute, lack of free childcare for working parents is a disgrace.
