Exempt children under 11 from counting towards the 'Rule of Six' in England

From 14th Sept, the 'Rule of Six' will make it illegal for groups of more than 6 to meet indoors or outdoors, with under 11s included in this total. The Government needs to make under 11s exempt to allow children to see grandparents and caregivers to meet others for support and good mental health.
