Change the speed limit on motorways and dual carriageways

Derestrict the speed limit on UK motorways and dual carriageways. Apply a strict speed limit of 70mph for up to 2 miles on approach of exit, and post entry sections. Enforce strict action against drivers obstructing the flow of overtaking traffic on the right lanes.

Reduce cost of infrastructure required for average speed monitoring.
Reduce the need for policing thus resulting in savings of public funds.
