I want these banned breeds to come back to the UK as they can be lovely and loyal dogs with big personalities. The penalties for dog fighting of any kind should be increased.

As someone who works with different breeds of dogs I know aggression can form because of different factors not because of the breed. All dogs need to be socialised from a young age and trained appropriately. Dogs should not be punished due to bad people and charges for dog fighting should be more serious then they are currently.
