I believe that those who earn over £962 a week should pay 12% and not have it reduced to 2% on the rest of their earnings due to the fact that the coronavirus can only be treated by the NHS and no private health insurance can cope with it.

The debate will make more people aware of this reduced rate (the Upper Earnings Limit) and Government will have to explain why those who are in the top 10% of earners are getting this lower rate while the rest of the UK'S workforce have to pay the full amount on what they earn.
