Review risks of Covid-19 transmission from pets and revise guidance if necessary

At this time, whilst there is little or no evidence that animals play a significant role in spreading the virus that causes COVID-19, it has been shown that this virus can spread from people to animals. Animals could be or become transmitters of it back to people. The Government should investigate the risks of this, and revise its Covid-19 guidance to pet owners and the public if necessary.
