Allow 11-12 year olds to use the NHS Track and Trace App with parental consent

Currently only people aged 13 and over are allowed to use the NHS Covid-19 app. I want the Government to allow children to start using the NHS track and trace app from the age of 11, where parental consent is given.

We need accurate and valid scientific data from a younger age group (from at least 11 years old) who are socially active and can have a major influence on the R value. Covid cases have risen significantly since schools widely reopened at the start of September and we need further data which looks at Covid-19 transmission in the 11-15 year old age group if we are to keep children in education.
