Make the NHS Track and Trace App Mandatory for everyone with mobile phones

The NHS App helps save lives and reduce infections. Parliament should make it legally mandatory for all with a compatible mobile to download it and use it, and isolate when indicated. There should be stiff fines for violations. It is everyone's duty to help to suppress Covid.
