I would like the Government to allow everyone arriving into England who does not manifest any symptoms of coronavirus on their arrival and in the next 10 days to be able to leave quarantine after 10 days, while quarantine measures are operational due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Netherlands National Institute for Public Health and the Environment has stated that 99% of contacts of a person who was infected with COVID-19 and later became ill developed COVID-19 symptoms within 10 days after contact.
Some of the countries have already implemented a 10-day quarantine, f. e. the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland. It should make life much easier for people who need to travel to England in the coming months.
