Ban employees monitoring applications in the UK


This requires employees to have essentially spyware placed on their computer. Taking screenshots, clicks and keystrokes. GPS tracking on phones. Which is open to abuse by employers to forcing staff to consent to excessive monitoring and driving them to do more hours than contracted for.

This is not legislated for leaving a massive black hole for employers to exploit vulnerable employees.
