Ease vehicle and speed restrictions for 16-year old CBT holders

The Government should allow 16-year old CBT holders to ride 50cc motorbikes or mopeds without any speed restrictions. The current speed restrictions mean that the vehicles 16-year old CBT holders are legally allowed to use are not suitable for many roads where the speed limit is over 30mph.
