Reinstate the ITT bursaries for arts and humanities PGCE

The lack of funding for arts and humanities subjects will disproportionately impact prospective PGCE students from low income and ethnic minority backgrounds. This will lead to a shortage in NQT for core subjects such as English Language.

With Classical studies PGCE students receiving funding, there is no justification for subjects such as English to not receive funding. In a time where teachers are in high demand, there should not be barriers like this in place.
