Social emotional and behavioural interaction effects long term mental health and the uncertainty of future tier restrictions will become worse

Make it law to allow support bubbles to offer support during tiered lockdown. For example allow grandparents or close support carers to visit a family of five would become a 5+2 so rule of 6 is plus.
