Half of adult mental health issues develop before the age of 14 so early intervention support and education are crucial. To see mindfulness classes across all primary schools in England to be made part of the national curriculum as this early educational intervention will have a profound and positive impact on our children’s mental health in the long term. The pandemic is having a massive impact on our children’s mental health support is needed now and not in a few years time when it’s too late.
