Ban the use of whips on racehorses. The public would not accept seeing a dog beaten with a whip, this is cruel and as a country we must be more humane in our treatment of racehorses.

It is cruel and should not be used to force the horse to run faster to win a horse race when that can be achieved with good horsemanship by the jockey. No other animal is beaten in public for entertainment.
