Award hazard pay to doctors, nurses, dentists, dental nurses, health workers, shop workers, dustmen and all workers risking their safety on the front line for the duration of both previous and any subsequent lockdowns. My Daughter is a front line worker. She has no say in any of this.
Because workers on the front line are risking their lives to be there for us. My Daughter is a front line worker. She cannot lock down or work from home. Neither can any other front line worker. NHS workers, dustmen, retail workers, dental nurses and all those working on the front line deserve mandatory hazard pay. This hazard pay should now be backdated to cover both the first and second national lockdowns. Also, there should be further consideration of hazard pay if there are any future national lockdowns as a result of COVID-19.
