Remove the 15 year rule on British expats voting in UK General Elections

Her Majesty’s Government promised before the 2016 referendum on leaving or remaining in the EU that the rights of British expatriates who have lived outside of the United Kingdom for more than 15 years to vote in General Elections would be reinstated.
