Ban the use of noisy fireworks. No noise fireworks give the same visual display.

Silent fireworks are available. Please, for the health of all animals, both domestic and wild, ban the use of fireworks that make noises.

I would like parliament to ban fireworks that make noises. The stress that noisy fireworks cause all animals is cruel. Fireworks are available that still give a fantastic visual display but don't have the noise.
