Provide a grant to companies to help them correctly support home workers. Mental health, Physical health, Teambuilding and Support Structures have failed in most companies during this period and with everyone furloughing as many as possible there is no money and very little time to arrange this.

We are on a fast track to a country wide mental health breakdown. In Jan 2020 Deloitte released a report stating poor mental health cost the UK economy 45Bn pounds a year, I shudder to think what 2020 will be. Running my own businesses this is a primary concern. Companies need a whole new set of Remote Working tools and skills be successful now and after COVID. We are in a new world and we need to recognise and prepare for this. Business is the economy, give us the correct support please.
