Prevent child sex offenders from having any contact with a child under 18

The Government should prevent convicted child sex offenders from having any contact with children under the age of 18, by making this an automatic licence condition for all such offenders.

There are too many cases of convicted child sex offenders going on to reoffend. Making it illegal of offenders to have any contact with under 18s should help prevent this.
