Mandatory for all nursery staff to be trained in Paediatric First Aid

I want to make it mandatory for all staff working with children during nursery hours to be trained in CPR, Heimlich manoeuvres and any other procedures to prevent possible choking.

Currently all new nursery staff at levels 2 and 3 are required to obtain paediatric first aid (PFA) training but this should apply to all staff.
