'Take Out to Help Out' Scheme to Save our Hospitality Industry

Launch a 'Take Out to Help Out' scheme modeled on the successful 'Eat Out to Help Out' scheme for restaurants & cafes forced to operate as take-aways (Tier 3) when the tougher structure comes into force in December. This would muster a community spirit to help keep the hospitality industry alive.
