Ban smoking in parks and recreation ground including sports grounds so everyone especially children can enjoy playing and spending time outside with cleaner air and not having to inhale someone else’s second hand smoke this includes electronic cigarettes and vapes

I want Government to ban smoking cigarettes, cigars and vapes in recreation ground and sports ground so everyone can enjoy spending time or playing in these venues without having to inhale 2nd hand smoke, I believe this will help everyone health so they are not inhaling other peoples smoke. I think this ban should be enforced with fines
