Increase funding for aftercare support for people with eating disorders

Having spent 5 years in eating disorder units I was discharged with no aftercare, and have had many relapses since. It has taken over 3 years for services to listen and finally offer support. I don't want this to have to happen to anyone else. Change is needed.

Throughout my journey I have known too many people receive little or no aftercare, often with devastating consequences. With the right level of support in the community lives could be saved.

I feel that if I had received the right support from discharge my life could be completely different now but because of the lack of support I am still very much in the grips of an eating disorder. This needs to change so recovery is possible.
