Those furloughed in the first lockdown are now only entitled to furlough calculated using the the old minimum wage in March. Whereas my colleagues who were employed after the first lockdown are entitled to furlough calculated using the new minimum wage.

People who were furloughed on or before the 19th of March are only entitled to be furloughed using calculations based on the old minimum wage, even though we are into a new tax year, but those employed after April are entitled to furlough calculated using the new minimum wage. This leaves a huge disparity and inequality between those who were employed before March and those employed after April.
