I would like the Government and Parliament to recognise that people who choose to have tattoos, piercings and creative hair styles are valued members within society and their personal choice of expression does not make them less able to carry out certain job roles.

I feel that too often people face discrimination due to their appearance when seeking to gain meaningful employment in roles such as teachers and other customer facing jobs roles (Sales, Consultancy, Legal practices). This should be made illegal.
