After the death of my husband in January 2020, my family and I have first-hand experience of the effects of death, grief and the difficulties of coping without the normal face to face physical and emotional support from relatives and friends due to Covid restrictions. The number of deaths is still increasing and added to deaths from other causes that equates to many thousands of individuals without the necessary support needed to cope.
