I’m writing on behalf of the local businesses in my constituency who are very concerned regarding the effect of the current COVID restrictions to their businesses.

They are struggling to pay their rents and worried their business will go bankrupt - it seems as though many have been closed this year for much time as they have been open, and are really struggling.
They need more help from our government to help them survive. Is there any way you can ask the relevant department for additional relief to be granted for their businesses, such as scrapping VAT payments due for the last year
