Teachers and Social Care staff are under significant pressures due to 10 months of COVID restrictions. Staff shortages are increasing and the sectors are under unprecedented strain. Ofsted Inspections are unfair and unnecessary burdens at this time. 2022-2025 Inspections should include a judgement on COVID period performance specifically instead. Inspectors to be redeployed for 2021 to support establishments/LAs previously graded RI or Inadequate, as consultant practitioners.
