Review testing and self-isolation requirements for arrivals to England

The Government has introduced a requirement to prove a negative Covid-19 test result before departure for England. This is on top of a requirement to self-isolate on arrival when travelling from most countries. We believe this is unnecessary and unfairly imposes unreasonable costs on travellers.

People travelling to England should be required to either prove a negative Covid-19 test result, or self-isolate, not both. Where testing is required the Government should ensure that tests are made available free of charge.
