I want Government to make it law for people to text a government agency to leave home during lockdown. It is essential to get Covid under control. We need everybody to be made accountable for there actions. So getting permission to leave your household to buy essential shopping only is vital.

I want this to happen to stop the spread of the virus. It has been executed in other countries, and it has worked. It needs to be complete lockdown, and only be able to leave your home for essential shopping, health reasons or essential work.
If we were to action this it would save lives and save the NHS. We need to do something drastic now before it's too late.
