Make it Mandatory for Teachers to have Video Calls with pupils

I want the government to mandate that teachers should hold video classes for their pupils during remote learning. I also want the government to provide teachers with appropriate resources to teach over video call.

I would like this to happen because learning over messages is quite bland and not very engaging. Having video calls with teachers even once a week would help pupils engaged with their learning.
